Voila le lien/Here comes the link : http://www.zanorg.com/nicoshark/

Frantico is the pseudonyme of french talentuous cartoonist Lewis Trondheim, former member of "L'Association" aside JC Menu, Killofer, David B., Marjane Satrapi or Joann Sfar.

The following day of the second turn of the presidential execution - oups - election, he creates the "Nico Shark" blog, but he quickly gave up, despite the success, due to hackers attacks. Remain only one silly play, Nicoprout : click the link and follow the instructions : you have to write the "fart" word on your keyboard to make Nico run ! Enjoy ! And beware of the smells !

JOHN CAGE "WATERWALK"

John Cage performing "Water Walk" in January, 1960 on the popular TV show I've Got A Secret.

via WFMU'S BEWARE OF THE BLOG:

"At the time, Cage was teaching Experimental Composition at New York City's New School. Eight years beyond 4:33, he was (as our smoking MC informs us) the most controversial figure in the musical world at that time.
His first performance on national television was originally scored to include five radios, but a union dispute on the CBS set prevented any of the radios from being plugged in to the wall. Cage gleefully smacks and tosses the radios instead of turning them on and off.
While treating Cage as something of a freak, the show also treats him fairly reverentially, cancelling the regular game show format to allow Cage the chance to perform his entire piece."

traduction : Cage enseignait alors la composition expérimentale au New York City's New School.

NURSE WITH WOUND : TRABENDO 2007 06

J'avais peur d'être déçu. Imaginez : j'ai découvert NWW à 15 ans quand mon grand frère m'a fait écouter The Sylvie and Babs Hi-Fi Companion.

I was afraid of being disappointed. Imagine: I discovered NWW 15 years ago when my brother made me listen to The Sylvie and Babs Hi-Fi Companion. And I did not still recover from it. And, FINALLY, a concert in France!
Imagine: I saw HIM, staying at 3 metres of me, drinking a beer, smiling, signing autographs, listening to the Patton/Fennesz set and talking to fans.
When the concert begins, the tension is in its paroxysm.
On the stage, from left to right: Steven Stapleton, kaki cap screwed on the skull, in the platinums and in the bicycle, Colin Potter in the mixing desk, Matt Waldron and Andrew Liles besides guitar, drums, toys, trunks, sounds generators, voice).
And you know what? PURE HAPPINESS ! David Tibet appears on stage and sing with a filtered voice. Then the quartet alternates drones, sound-collages and more catchy tracks. All that we like! And a final in highlight: David Tibet returns with the mythical Jac Berrocal, and his trumpet and played a Rock'n'Roll Station track.
Since then, we can find on the net videos and Tonton Mahood put the link of the concert. Thanks to him. That he and his family are covered with honey and milk on fifteen generations.

FAD GADGET - COLLAPSING NEW PEOPLE

Amazing Frank Tovey, who in late 70's/early 80's, initiated the 80's synth-pop wave and influenced the likes of Depeche Mode, Erasure or Human League. His liveshows in the early 80´s were quite wild and unique, often ending with the man injuring himself... He died in 2002 of a heart attack at the age of 45.
